In accordance with the recommendations from the Indiana Department of Health, Parents should review the following and preform a screening every morning before sending their student to school.
In the past 24 hours:
- Has your student had a fever of 100 degrees or taken medication for a fever?
- Has your student exhibited any of the following symptoms: Loss of taste or smell, Muscle aches or Fatigue, Chills, Sore Throat, Cough, Diarrhea, Congested or runny nose, Headache, Nausea or vomiting?
- Is your student experiencing trouble breathing or shortness of breath? (If yes, Please call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.)
- Has your student been in close contact or encountered anyone that has COVID-19?
If you answered yes to any of these questions DO NOT send your student to school. Begin quarantine and contact your healthcare provider. Consider getting a COVID-19 test.
